What we are looking for

We want to appoint an enthusiastic, capable and skilled Premises Manager to lead the strategic development, general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, premises, and grounds of Brindishe Green primary school to ensure we are providing a safe, secure, clean and warm environment for all children, staff and visitors.

Working to the direction of the Senior Leadership Team the Premises Manager will be responsible for carrying out the duties of the post with regard to the council and school’s equal opportunities policies and shared values.

The Premises Manager will be on site during working hours unless his/her duties are required elsewhere.

The post holder will work closely and in partnership with the premises staff teams at Brindishe Manor and Brindishe Lee School so as to affect a coordinated and timely service across the federation.

The postholder will line manage and monitor the work of the assistant premises officer.

Brindishe Green is a forward thinking, lively and ambitious Ofsted-rated outstanding primary school. We are part of a close partnership of 3 highly successful local authority primary schools known as the Brindishe Schools.

We are looking for a problem solving, health and safety expert highly organised capable manager with evident excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Salary Details

£PO1 (£34,299 rising in annual increments to - £35,772)

This is a permanent post and is all year round (not school term time only) at 35 hours per week, typically 8.30am – 4.30pm with 26 days holidays plus bank holidays each year
