The purpose of the post will be to support the efficient and effective management of the school by:
- Ensuring efficient management of the school’s financial resources
- Advisor to the Senior Management Team & Finance Committee
- Ensuring the effective delivery of high quality communication and marketing admin support services to the school

What we are looking for
We want to appoint an enthusiastic, capable and skilled Finance and Marketing Manager that will work in consultation with the Business Managers, Head teachers, and Executive Head to monitor the overall school budgets. They will Organise, implement and manage appropriate financial systems in all aspects of the school’s finances; ensuring accurate records are maintained, and reporting on a regular basis to the Headteacher, Executive Head and Governors.
In addition to Finance accountabilities, the post holder will manage the efficient and effective running of the schools planning and activity calendars, ensuring the efficient running and content of the schools websites, collateral and branding, Oversee, manage, and administer all school’s Lettings, subscriptions and social media communications.
We are part of a close partnership of 3 highly successful local authority primary schools known as the Brindishe Schools. All 3 schools work with each other and share many links, ideas, values and beliefs. However each school has its own personality, community and staffing including its own Headteacher.
Brindishe Schools work together to serve a local and shared community of children and their families. Together our three schools provide Lewisham's children with a rich, creative and challenging primary education.
Salary Details - SO1 (£30,012 rising in annual increments to £31,764)
This is a permanent post and is all year round (not school term time only) at 35 hours per week, with 26 days holidays plus bank holidays each year
